Who is this for?

Financial Advisors (RIA, Hybrid, BD, Insurance-Based)

Participants are financial advisors who are growth-minded, in motion, and ready to think beyond just production to run their practice like a real business.

Most advisor groups fall into one of three categories: study groups, product-driven meetings, or motivational workshops.

This is different.

  • Each group is intentionally built based on revenue, experience, mindset, and values, so the conversations are relevant and high-level.

  • We don’t just talk about ideas, we work through real business challenges, real numbers, and real decisions in real time.

  • These aren’t random Zoom chats or “whoever shows up” kinds of study groups.

Masterminds have structure, rhythm, and expert guidance.

And, you don’t have to do any of the planning.

  • Between live sessions, there are opportunities to engage in accountability calls to ensure momentum, implementation, and follow-through.

  • This isn’t just about revenue or production. We talk leadership, systems, team dynamics, energy, legacy, and how you actually want your life and business to feel.

Frequently
Asked
Questions

  • A mastermind is a small, intentionally curated group of peers who come together to think strategically, solve real challenges, and hold each other accountable.

This is not a class or a course. It’s not a networking group or study group. It’s a collaborative, high-trust environment where every person brings their experience, ideas, and obstacles to the table, and everyone leaves sharper.

The concept dates back to Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, where he described the “Master Mind” as the energy created when two or more people align their focus and insight toward a shared goal.

    In this context, it means:

    • Real conversations about what’s working and what’s not

    • A space where iron sharpens iron

    • Tangible progress, not just good ideas

A mastermind is where high-performing people come together to build better.

  • I’m a huge fan of Study Groups AND Masterminds - I have often participated in both because they serve different purposes. Here’s how it’s different:

    Study Groups:

    • Often unstructured & casual

    • Usually focused on sharing ideas or best practices

    • No clear goals or accountability

    • Peer-led & organized

    • Often lacks accountability and consistency, and fizzles out over time

    Masterminds

    • Structured & professionally facilitated

    • Focused on solving real-time business problems and driving results

    • Members commit to action and report progress

    • Hot-seat style opportunities

    • Expert-led and organized, with peer engagement

    • Designed with clear cadence, expectations, commitment, and measurable impact.

  • Financial advisors and industry leaders who are serious about growing their business, improving how they lead, and building something that lasts, whether they’re just getting consistent, scaling a team, or planning legacy and succession.

    There are three tracks:

    • Early Stage – $150K–$300K GDC, building consistency and confidence

    • Mid-Level – $300K–$750K, systemizing and scaling beyond themselves

    • Elite – $750K+, leadership, profitability, enterprise vision, or succession

(Leaders who don’t produce but support advisors can also indicate interest — a leadership-specific cohort may form.)

  • No.

These masterminds are built specifically FOR financial advisors, and we ask that staff and leaders do not attend due to the nature of the discussions and the trust we build in these spaces.

However, here are some ways you may want to get involved if you’re not an advisor:

    • Leaders: We can work with you to design a Mastermind for the advisors you lead! We’ll handle all the heavy-lifting.

    • Wholesalers & Product Specialists: We can collaborate with you to create something special for the advisors you work with, AND/OR you can sponsor an advisor and/or event.

    • Private Staff: There are not currently ways for you to engage at this time, but I would be open to your ideas and suggestions, as your role is critical and there is not often a lot of support available.

    • 3 Live Sessions per year

    • Accountability calls in-between

    • Hot-Seat participation

    • 1-year commitment, with priority for those who want to engage for 2+

  • No - it’s not a course, class, or 1:1 coaching package. There are teaching and frameworks, when needed, but the value comes from:

    • Collective problem-solving

    • Strategic conversations

    • Accountability and momentum

    • Being in a room with people at your same stage of growth

    • Industry experts and best practices

    • A sense of being re-energized about their practice

    • Higher revenue & GDC

    • Clearer business direction and goals

    • Better decision-making

    • Improved systems

    • Better team structure and communication

    • Efficiency

    • More confidence

    • Less isolation - more honest, strategic collaboration
